The rooms are reasonably large and tastefully decorated, provided with with the bedroom, the floors creaking, as example. The food is fab and the breakfast was nice hot and efficient.

It's convenience to what we were doing - location was ideal other than that we were truly disappointed - would not recommend to others as there are many better options
Facilities were below standard - room was tiny, shower was broken, limited hot water, cleanliness was marginal & up keep was barely adequate

Relaxing overall experience. A homely property, clean, handy location within walking distance of everything. Excellent service, perfect room complete with a bathroom. Breakfast for perfectly poached eggs.

The staff were very friendly and the location was spot on! really cheap bar as well and very spacious room! The actual hotel could do with a spot of decorating though as it feels quite old fashioned but apart from that it was great!

The location was perfect n the rooms were clean n comfy. The staff were super friendly, n the breakfast was yummy! Really enjoyed the home cooked meals in the hotel, it was way better than the crowded places nearby. Definetly would come back again!
Only complaint was the parking situation, a bit tricky. N the floors creaked a lot in our room which was weird.

It was the worst hotel we stayed in on our trip. The room may have been non smoking, but when you have a carpet that stinks of smoke there is no hope. It was also very noisy,- very loud talking until 1 A.M.. The pub is noisy. There is a bouncer type person standing at the front door and many people standing around outside smoking. There is no place to store your luggage. There is no way of getting a taxi early in the morning on a Sunday morning. Should I mention the plastic covering on the mattress or the smell of mold in the bathroom? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff were very friendly, always smiling:) the room was spotlessly clean.
The hotel could be doing with updating, but the cleanliness far out weighed this.

Staff very welcoming. Room very clean although bathroom in need of an update. Great for families, near beach and all the attractions that portrush has to offer. Children allowed into entertainment in bar at night. Cooked breakfast was delicious and plentiful!

This hotel is basic but we were taking 2 small grand children and were not looking for 5star accomodation. Staff were excellent with the kids and made them seem very welcome!

It was a very enjoyable few nights, the staff were very friendly to us and other stayers were also very friendly. Right in the heart of portrush so there was many things to do. Really enjoyed it.
As a young couple staying, the bar music wasnt really to our liking and there was no atmosphere, however there was a nightclub which was next door which was better for us. Apart from that, no complaints.
